Our dishes are based on recipes that are hundreds of years old and True to the Italian Culinary Tradition. However don't be surprised to find ingredients which may not be considered traditional, as we incorporate local foods and creative combinations which are part of the new food culture in Italy. With each season we change some of the menu items to make use of seasonal products, but as always we carefully select our prime ingredients to provide you with the best quality.
