Weekend Highlights... Fresh Porcini mushrooms - this will likely be the last batch of fresh summer porcini we'll be able to get, as the season is winding down up in Oregon. Chef Clyde is preparing them oven roasted, in the risotto, and with fresh tagliatelle.
